- Personal Democracy Forum - annual event in NYC, happening June 6-7 (same time as Left Forum) Seems like we should know about this. It is pricey - ala Netroots, and the about us page shows some ties to Clinton and the US State department. Perhaps all the more reason to check out what's being discussed. There is a panel about "our friend" Aaron, which is interesting.

- Grassroots Fundraising Conference, Brecht Forum NYC, February 19 - 20, 2010
- Radical Reference Tech Session at Brecht Forum Monday, February 22. We presented with Rad Ref!
- SXSW Interactive in Austin, Texas: March 12 - 16, 2010. Did not attend.
- Left Forum, NYC: March 19 - 21, 2010. We presented and were there in force.
- Transparency Camp On March 27-28 in Washington, DC. No attendence this year.
- Non-profit Technology Conference in Atlanta, Georgia: April 8 - 10, 2010. Did not attend.
- Anarchist Book Fair April 17 - 19.
- Drupal Con, San Francisco: April 19 - 21, 2010. Did not attend
- Climate Change Conference in Cochabamba: April 21, 2010. We sent three reps and helped develop the video streaming technology.
- 2010 Labor Notes conference, April 23-25 in Detroit, Michigan. Did not attend.
- US Social Forum: June 22 - 26, 2010. Yes. We were there.

2009
- The Organizing 2.0 conference in NYC: December 5, 2009 Organizing Technology for a Movement. We're doing a Social Forum workshop
- Dev Summit 2009 is happening November 18 - 20.
- LA IMC 10th Anniversary: November 14, 2009 Shared Experiences in Technology
- Grassroots Technology conference is scheduled for October 16 and 17 2009.
- USSF Organizing Committee meeting and NPC meeting in Atlanta: October 23 (OC) 24 - 25 (NPC)
- NYC Grassroots Media Conference happened on May 30, 2009 at Hunter. We attended and did the Internet Rights workshop and a workshop on terms of service for commercial service providers.
- New America Media's Ethnic Media Expo and Awards: we missed it :(.
- Open Video Alliance had their first conference June 19 - 20. We attended but did not present.
- Allied Media Conference happend on July 16 - 19: Mallory, Mark and Josue represented with a workshop.
- The world social forum took place in Belem, Brazil. Because it is expensive to get there, the foro organizers planned an Belem expanded project to allow for events in other locations to take place at the same time. May First/People Link participated (Mallory went in person). See the results of our workshop and the photos.
- The US Solidarity Economy Network, Co-convened with Universidad de los Andes (Venezuela), is March 19 - 22. See #1736. We missed it :(.
- The Anarchist Bookfair in NYC is happening Saturday April 11, 2009. We missed this one this year as well :(.
- The Left Forum is scheduled for April 17 - 19. They are MFPL members! And the deadline for submissions is February 28. See #1737. We attended with two workshops!
- Women who tech is scheduled for May 12, 2009. We attended, but did not present.
2008
- LaborTech (in San Francisco) was the weekend of December 5-7. MFPL was not officially represented, but Eric from member organization Open Flows attended.
- Networked Politics held a seminar in Berkeley on December 5 - 7. Jamie represented MFPL on the opening panel and during the seminar.
- We were invited by our latest member, the Institute for Anarchist Studies, to attend their Renewing the Anarchist Studies (RAT) workshop in November 7-9, 2008, in Montpelier, Vermont. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it. There does not appear to be current web site information about the conference, but previous conference info is available for reference.
- The LabourTech2008 Canada conference is happening November 7 - 9, 208 in Toronto. See ticket #1378. Also missed this one in 2008.
- Aspiration is organizing a Developers Summit November 17 - 19. The list of sessions is available. Josue represented MFPL!
- The Forum of the Americas is scheduled for October 7 - 12, 2008. We did the Internet rights workshop - for the first time in two languages and two locations - check out the results!.
- dkg, Josue, and Alfredo attended the Critical Resistance 10 conference on prisons in Oakland, CA on September 26 - 28, 2008. We ran the Internet rights workshop (see discussion).
- DebConf 8 was held in Mar del Plata, Argentina from August 10th to August 16th, 2008. We didn't make it.
- Techmeet happened in Rio September 5 - 7. We didn't attend.
- The Last Hope - the hacker conference sponsored by 2600 Magazine - happened July 18 - 20, 2008 in New York City. We attended but didn't present.
- Grassroots Technology conference was held June 28 in Boston. See ticket #852 for discussion about our participation.
- The annual Allied Media Conference, in Detroit, took place on June 22-24, 2008. It was a critically important gathering of progressive media activists and we were there! See ticket #743. our proposal for the AMC is available. The results of our workshop are also available.
- 18th Annual Computers, Freedom and Privacy conference May 20-23, 2008. Maybe next year - we didn't make in 2008.
- Ross has been discussing the How Class Works conference on June 5-7, 2008 at SUNY Sunnybrook. Didn't go in 2008.
- The National Conference for Media Reform is happening in Minneapolis June 6-8 NCMR. Josue represented on a panel Sunday morning with 300 people!
- We missed the Labor notes conference (April 11 - 13). I'm adding it to the list after reading about it in Portside so that next year it's on our radar.
- We presented at the NYC Anarchist Book Fair April 12, 2008. See ticket #590 and workshop plans.
- 2008-02-22, We led and facilitated a discussion at Bluestockings in NYC.
- NYC Grassroots Media Conference is coming up on Sunday, March 2, 2008. our proposal for the GMC is available.
- Left Forum at Cooper Union - March 14-16 (possible sharing table with Charles Lenchner). Unfortunately we missed this one.
