Participation and announcement Timeline

  • October 01: Save the date announcement
  • October 16: Opening announcement to membership
    • Membership Meeting registration page is live and can accept member registrations
    • We invite members to submit written proposals to be distributed to members prior to the priorities discussion via email to info@mayfirst.org
    • We invite members to submit proposed changes to the official documents
    • We invite members to submit nominations for Leadership Committee seats via https://vote.mayfirst.org/
  • November 06: Submission of proposed changes to official documents and written proposals is closed, sent to translators.
  • November 13: Leadership Committee report on previous year's activities approved by Leadership Committee
  • November 20: All documents translated and distributed:
    • Proposed changes to official documents (if any submitted)
    • Written proposals to membership regarding priorities (if any submitted)
    • LC report on previous year's activities
  • Members Meeting
    • December 01, Day 1: Training and Orientation
    • December 02, Day 2: Panel, Priority Deliberations, Report Back
    • December 02, end of day: Vote on Foundational document changes closes (if any have been submitted)
  • December 03: Vote for Leadership Committee members begins
  • December 11: Leadership Committee election closed, winners announced
