• September 13, 2016: Announce this year's members' mtg. No details -- done
• September 22: LC meeting approves plan
• September 23: Announce venue and issue "save the date" email
• After this: two announcements every week
• October 7: Membership Meeting registration page is live and announced

• October 9, 2016: Open for proposals (send by email)
• October 16, 2016: LC nominations open for following seats: Alfredo, Mallory, Jackie, Juan Gerardo and Pablo
