General Workflow for internationalization

Request

If you are requesting that a resource be translated:

• Open a new ticket
• Provide a brief description of the resource in the summary field
• Change Type to Task/To Do Item
• Change Component to "Internationalization"
• In the keywords field, type either en-es to es-en depending on the direction of the translation
• Copy the text to be translated into the body (preferred) of the message or add it as an attachment

Providing a translation

• Browse all un-assigned en-es translation requests or un-assigned es-en translation requests.
• Before you start working on a request, check the re-assign to action box at the bottom of the ticket to indicate that you are assigning it to yourself.
• Add the translated piece as a comment to the ticket (or attach it to the ticket)
