Sensitive Tickets

This web site uses the SensitiveTicketsPlugin to enable ticket reporters to limit access to their ticket to themselves and to people who are part of the MF/PL support team.

We strongly encourage all members to keep their tickets public out of consideration for our membership and the public at large. Please limit your sensitive tickets to items that contain private information or reveal potential security vulnerabilities.

Sensitive tickets aren't fully-secret, of course; the members of the support-team have to be able to see the information in the ticket in order to be able to work on it! And anyone on the web can see that a sensitive ticket was filed or commented on, but they shouldn't be able to see who filed it, who commented, or any of the summary, descriptions, keywords, etc.
