2013 Membership Meeting

This is the planning page for the 2013 Membership Meeting.

The meeting will take place over two months during which members will meet in three lead-up meetings, organized by topic or "mesa" and then converge in the decision-making meeting on Saturday, October 19, 2013.

Participation

How do I participate? There are many ways!

The preliminary meetings will only be held by conference call (you are welcome to gather with other members and participate by speaker phone if you like).

The face-to-face meeting will be held in person in New York and in Mexico City and be held by conference call.

To access the conference call system, you may choose from the following methods:

The face-to-face meeting will be held on Saturday, October 19, from 10:00 am New York/9:00 am Mexico City to 5:00 pm New York/4:00 pm Mexico City. It will held at:

• New York: Alwan for the Arts 16 Beaver Street, 4th Floor (between Broad Street & Broadway) New York, NY 10004
