    55The thinking around this proposal and timeline is that the MFPL staff have too much on their plate through the USSF in June 2010. Additionally, in the three months prior to the USSF a lot of potential MFPL members will be very focused on their own USSF work. Therefore, membership recruitment work in the first half of 2010 should be taken up by the Leadership Committee and focused during the first quarter of the year (Jan - Mar 2010). Advertising should highlight the major role MFPL is playing in the USSF. It should also be implemented for the first six months of 2010.
