+Membership Team Meeting
+In attendance - Analia, Stephen and Hilary

+Discussed initial ideas for membership meeting:
+
+We went over last year's plan.  Pre- meetings based around three topic areas.  The topic areas met at the physical meeting to define proposals.  Proposals were voted on according to a scale.  Elections for LC members.
+
+If we decide to do pre-meeting calls like last year - it was suggested that the teams should host them as recruitment and discussion tools.
+
+Meeting should have focus on community building and collaboration.
+Perhaps a 2 day meeting that includes some training/demystifying of FLOSS.
+
+Should be a value added piece - come to learn the basics about security or FLOSS.  This part could be open beyond the membership, and then closed to membership for more organizational business.
+
+Ideally there could be time for members to introduce themselves so we can learn more about who we are.
+
+Should be a social aspect - a kick off event the night before or party the day of.  Some way to make the event fun and inviting.
+
+It would be great to have each working team do a short presentation of their work and ideas.
+
+One political outcome could be discussion of the intentionality statement and making it an official piece of our statement of unity.
+
+Need to also divvy up the tasks.  Each team should be responsible for some aspect of the organizing so it doesn't fall on one team's shoulders.
+
+
+We also discussed People Links. 
+The goal was to have Abi and Grainne this week talking about share, but we don't have confirmation.
+Not ready for podcast format yet - but given the level of technical difficulties, we think it's probably the best way to go.
+If we can't get this month's program together, that's ok.  
+
+Analia and Stephen are going to be unavailable for the next few weeks anyway.  Hilary will do what she can to pull the pieces together.  No pressure.

+Discuten ideas iniciales para reunion de socios:
+
+Fuimos en plan del año pasado. Reuniones previas basado en torno a tres temas. Las áreas temáticas se reunieron en la reunión física para definir propuestas. Las propuestas fueron votadas según una escala. Elecciones para miembros de LC.
+
+Si decidimos hacer llamadas antes de la reunión como el año pasado - se sugirió que los equipos deben alojarlas como herramientas de reclutamiento y discusión.
+
+Reunión debería centrarse en la creación de una comunidad y colaboración.
+Tal vez un día 2 encuentro que incluye un entrenamiento/Desmitificando de hilo.
+
+Debe ser un valor añadido pieza - vamos a aprender las nociones básicas sobre seguridad o hilo dental. Esta parte puede abrirse más allá de la membresía y luego cerró a la membresía de más negocios organizacional.
+
+Idealmente podría haber tiempo para que los miembros se introducen así podemos aprender más acerca de quiénes somos.
+
+Debe ser un aspecto social - un puntapié del evento la noche anterior o el día del partido. Alguna manera para hacer el evento divertido y acogedor.

+Analia y Stephen van a estar disponibles para las próximas semanas, de todos modos. Hilary hará lo que pueda para juntar las piezas. No hay presión.
