Important Keywords

We are trying to tag tickets using a common set of keywords. Some useful tags to know about are:

[tag:blocklist blocklist]

Tickets that report or deal with DNSRBLs or other SMTP blocklisting of MF/PL servers. See email-deliverability.

[tag:improved-service-advisories improved-service-advisories]

Tickets that attempt to improve the way we communicate with our members about service outages, both planned and unplanned.

[tag:needs-review needs-review]

Tickets that are not resolved, but need some kind of additional information, thinking, or communication.

[tag:smorphan smorphan]

Tickets that represent projects started by MFPL and/or the support team, but have languished. See the smorphan page.

If you think a given keyword might be relevant, but aren't sure, add the keyword with a ? after it (e.g. blocklist?)
