How do I install the server component of Red on an MFPL server?

FIXME: ultimately it would be idea to debianize red so it can be installed with aptitude

FIXME: this is really stub that needs to be filled out more

At the moment - please see the pumpkin install script for red

Note: On servers, the client top level directory is not needed and can be deleted.
