| | 3 | 1 - Log into your webmail screen. |

| | 5 | 2 - Click the address book icon in the webmail navigation bar. That puts you into the address book screen |

| | 7 | 3 - Click import/export |

| | 11 | 4 - In import/export screen, choose the format you want and the specific adress book you want to download. |

| | 13 | Click on export |

| | 15 | The file should be delivered to your computer. |

| | 19 | 4 -- Choose the format of the file you are importing, click on replace existing addrees book if that is what you want to do. |

| | 21 | 5 -- Choose the character set (leaving it as Wester, the default, is usually the best bet) |
