If you're using our webmail program, Horde, and have address books you want to download or files that you want to upload as address books, here's the way:

1 - Log into your webmail screen.

2 - Click the address book icon in the webmail navigation bar. That puts you into the address book screen

3 - Click import/export

To export:

4 - In import/export screen, choose the format you want and the specific adress book you want to download.

Click on export

The file should be delivered to your computer.

To import:

4 -- Choose the format of the file you are importing, click on replace existing addrees book if that is what you want to do.

5 -- Choose the character set (leaving it as Wester, the default, is usually the best bet)

Click on import

That should do it.
