All member contacts are automatically subscribed to this list. Members may opt out of the list, but are strongly encouraged to have at least one represenative of your organization monitoring this list at all times.

Members who indicate a Tech contact when joining will have their tech contact email address automatically subscribed to the service-advisories list.

All primary contacts are added to this list automatically, but may opt-out if they choose. SMS alerts are shorter and tailored for devices with limited characters per message.
