+Despite major advances in Internet and alternative media, we are still facing significant hurdles in both moblization and collaboration. The primary hurdle is that full participation requires travel to the site of the mobilization. For any movement, but particularly an environmental movement of people with few resources, this hurdle is unacceptable. We made significant progress in this regard in Cochabamba by providing a live video stream of the major events, which allowed hundreds of more people the ability to watch the proceedings. However, we still face obstacles including:
