We ''do'' have some contacts among organizers and so maybe it's a good place for your workshop...at least. But the workshop would have to be supplementary to the event since there are no workshops at the event.

Because it is expensive to get there, the foro organizers planned an [http://openfsm.net/projects/club-belemexpanded/project-home Belem expanded project] to allow for events in other locations to take place at the same time.
