How do I change my billing contact information or view my invoices and payments?

Each membership, by default, has one user name and password that has access to the members control panel that has full access to the membership. Typically it's the first username created. If you login to the control panel with this username, you will see a breadcrumb menu in which the center item is your organizations name.

If you click on your Organization's name, you will see a series of tabs related to your organizations, including one called "Contacts" and one called "invoices" which will display their respective information.

If you do not see your organization's name in the breadcrumb or it is not clickable, then you are using a login without full membership privileges. You may post a ticket to ask what username has full membership access.
