     6Sensitive tickets aren't fully-secret, of course; the members of the support-team have to be able to see the information in the ticket in order to be able to work on it!  And anyone on the web can see that a sensitive ticket was filed or commented on, but they shouldn't be able to see who filed it, who commented, or any of the summary, descriptions, keywords, etc.
