- September 15: Staff reports are assigned
- September 20: Reminder about Meeting + Announce request for Leadership Committee nominations (Lowdown)
- September 20: LC and staff are assigned members to do outreach for meeting
- September 20: Survey questions drafted and sent to LC
- September 27: Survey questions finalized
- September 27: Reminder email about Meeting + Survey announced to Lowdown
- October 4: Reminder email + Reminder about survey
- October 4: Staff reports have been written, translation begins
- October 11: Email to Lowdown explaining how meeting will be run
- October 18: Target 200 phone calls and individual emails made/sent
- October 18: All reports are translated
- October 18: Email reminder about meeting + links to translated staff reports are sent
- October 21: Online voting for LC members begins (email to lowdown).
- October 22: Reminder about meeting is sent
- October 26: Last reminder about meeting
- October 28 Meeting happens
