Membership Meeting Timeline

  • September 15: Staff reports are assigned
  • September 20: Reminder about Meeting + Announce request for Leadership Committee nominations (Lowdown)
  • September 20: LC and staff are assigned members to do outreach for meeting
  • September 20: Survey questions drafted and sent to LC
  • September 27: Survey questions finalized
  • September 27: Reminder email about Meeting + Survey announced to Lowdown
  • October 4: Reminder email + Reminder about survey
  • October 4: Staff reports have been written, translation begins
  • October 11: Email to Lowdown explaining how meeting will be run
  • October 18: Target 200 phone calls and individual emails made/sent
  • October 18: All reports are translated
  • October 18: Email reminder about meeting + links to translated staff reports are sent
  • October 21: Online voting for LC members begins (email to lowdown).
  • October 22: Reminder about meeting is sent
  • October 26: Last reminder about meeting
  • October 28 Meeting happens
