    4 May First/People Link is a democratic, membership-based organization, consisting of two centers: Media Jumpstart (based in New York, collecting dues from all members not in Mexico) and La Cooperativa Primero de Mayo/Enlace de Pueblo (based in Mexico City, collecting dues from all members based in Mexico).

     8Structure is the way we work and relate to each other within MF/PL to advance towards our mission and goals; through the years structure has changed to make us more effective, and change is always a matter of evaluations and debates. MF/PL values our past development, cause it responds to the great contributions, great people has done, and it in fact provides it provides our possibilities for future. MF/PL encourages all our new members, specially our new Leadership Committee elected members, to get to know about it.
