    v2 v3
    99A couple points worth mentioning:
    1010
11 * We operate on a very tight budget (about $50,000/year)
1112 * Almost all income is from Membership dues. Almost all expenses are either Internet connectivity or computer hardware purchases
12  * There are big discrepancies between cash in and income. That's because we have a lot of members who don't pay their dues. Our profit/loss shows a big income, however, our cash in/out shows that only in 2008 have we started getting ahead.
13  * New membership is in decline. It's been in decline as you can see from the spread sheets. The steepest declines, however, have been since June 2008

14 * New membership is in decline. It's been in decline as you can see from the spread sheets. The steepest declines, however, have been since June 2008. Fortunately, thanks to a lot of new members in 2006 and 2007, we are still doing well with renewals.
