v1 v2 7 7 Charge our Battery! Keep us Powered and Empowered! 8 8 9 MF/PL is leadinga People's Assembly Network event at the upcoming Allied Media Conference in Detroit this summer. This will include the kickoff of our new program the People of Color Techie Training Program which aims to put technological skills, expertise and control in diverse hands. We will also sponsor a day long action session to strategize how we can build a more powerful progressive internet. We're trying to raise funds to help bring more organizers to these events. Being able to facilitating travel and lodging for some of our new Mexican members to also attend the conference will not only deepen the range of debate at the workshops, but will help forge new and critical connections across borders. 12 15 13 Our plans are ambitious but they can't happen without your support.
