How come my membership is disabled?

Don't panic! Although we hate to do it, we do occasionally disable sites based on our policy for members who are behind in their dues. That only happens if you are behind in your dues and you have not responded to our attempts to contact you.

If your membership is disabled, we need to hear from you! Open a ticket and a member of our support team will re-enable your membership, ​pay your dues, and then send an email to members@mayfirst.org to let our member coordinator know.
