It was a short meeting.

We discussed the split between the Member/Admin team and that it will probably be approved by the LC. Louis said he would be interested in moving to the Admin team, but might also stay involved with Membership Louis will provide a consolidated budget report after the budget is finally resolved. People Links In outreach stage right now We're getting the word out APC is doing extra social media outreach using hashtags Hilary asked the LC to assist in outreach Stephen is setting up the civicrm connection right now. We thought if it wasn't completely operational yet, that's ok - we can start to incorporate it and use it as a tool next time around. Analia started a script - open for comment. Hilary provided the MAGNet digital dialogue script as a template we can pilfer from. Q and A - the idea is to have the phone muted and used the riseup pad to collect questions. We need to ask jamie for support. Analia is trying to organize interpretation right now We could use a facilitator - Hilary can do it but other options or cohosts are also welcome.

Why I'm A Member There were no edits so we can proceed. The deadline is May 2014. Hilary will resend the final version and the sign up list. Hilary will also send to LC and ask each member to contact 3 orgs or individuals each to expand the reach.
