| 11 | * Low volume vs. high volume - For our purposes, a high volume list is a list that sends more then 10,000 messages per week. In other words, if you have more than 10,000 subscribers, you have a high volume list. In addition, if you only have 1,000 subscribers, but you send 10 messages per week, then you have a high volume email list. |

| 13 | We have two servers to manage email discussion lists: one is for discussion or low volume announcement email lists. The other is for high volume announcement only lists. |
