Took out names of members I work with in the "looking for advice" point , PTP's because they didn't ask for such advice from me, the other for privacy's sake.

    103103Jack pointed out that one affected member (a client of Jack's) did not get notified - and is not subscribed to the service advisory emails.  Jack suggested that at least one individual from each membership should be subscribed to the service-advisory emails.
