To make that happen, we need to be able to make decisions collaboratively. This workshop uses Internet technology as a collaborative tool to write an Internet Declaration of Rights. 9 Using the Internet itself, small groups (4 or 5 people) work to write, edit and endorse various rights in constant, dynamic collaboration with all other groups in the room.
