Webmail says that there are not messages in my mailbox, but I know that there are!
This problem happens intermittently for people with lots of messages in a single mailbox (more than 3 - 4,000).
We are working to fix this problem (see our technical ticket to follow our progress).
In the meantime, there are several work arounds:
- This problem most frequently happens the first time you connect to your webmail account. If you click on your inbox a second time, you will usually be able to access the messages in your box.
- This problem is made worse by having a lot of messages in your inbox. Please consider cleaning out your inbox by either deleting messages or creating new folders and moving messages into those folders. If you have a lot of messages marked SPAM we strongly encourage you to automatically filter these messages.
- If you have so many messages in your inbox that the filtering runs too slowly or doesn't work, please open a ticket to ask for assistance and we will move the mail for you.
If you are still having trouble or have an emergency and cannot get into your email, please open a ticket and we will help you as soon as we can.
