     7Update: 3:12 pm. We are up. The problem was in fact caused by a hardware problem in our cabinet. Our upstream provider was plugged into a port on our switch that stopped functioning properly. We've moved it to an alternate port and will begin more intensive debugging.

    79Update: 3:06 pm. We have determined that the problem is not stemming from our cabinet, but is with our upstream provider. Unfortunately, that means we do not have control over the solution so cannot estimate a time it will be repaired. We are checking with our upstream provider now and will post an update by 3:20 pm eastern time.
