On September 9, 2007 11 of our more technology leaning active members met to discuss the organization, to re-think our leadership, how to develop new roles for participation, and to plan for the sustainable growth of May First/People Link.

We divided into two committees:

 * [wiki:business_model_committee Business Model Committee] - Develop a business model that can realistically project a path of growth that includes fully paid staff

 * [wiki:roles_and_leadership_committee Roles and Leadership Committee] - Develop and define more clearly the roles members can take in the organization, including the development of a "Leadership Council" that will provide some form of advisory role in making decisions.

Our latest [wiki:strategic_plan_2007-08 strategic plan] is available online. It was proposed August 15 and has not been approved.
