= Proposal Guidelines =

Members may submit proposal to be considered at the annual membership meeting.

In order to submit a proposal, members must be in good standing at the time of the meeting, and a member prior to June 1 of the year of the annual meeting.

Proposals must:

 * Identify the membership sponsoring the proposal
 * Be consistent with our [https://mayfirst.org/unity statement of unity]
 * Involve the Internet in an integral way
 * Benefit the organization and/or membership as a whole
