 * Final wording of all organization documents are sent to LC for approval

== Monday, October 12 ==

 * Final wording of all organization documents are approved by LC 
 * Organization documents sent for translation
 * Email announcing opening of meeting is drafted, sent for translation

== Friday, October 17 ==

 * LC Nominations submission form is tested and working
 * All organization documents are fully translated

== Monday, October 19 ==

 * Email announcing:
  * opening of meeting
  * call for LC nominations
  * push for people to register
  * organization documents

== Monday, November 2 ==

 * Last push for people to register to come to membership meeting

== Friday Morning, November 6 ==

 * Send final reminder email
 * Confirmed participation of 25 people from friday and 100 people for saturday (both countries combined)
