 * Now: Draft proposed guidelines for how to handle the meeting
 * July 26: Officially propose guidelines for approval by the LC
 * August 2: Announce request for Leadership Committee nominations (Lowdown)
 * August 2: Announce request (and guidelines) for proposals (Lowdown)
 * August 16: Finalize Postcard announcing meeting
 * August 16: data entry: collect and enter addresses and phone numbers of members
 * August 23: Reminder email to members about the meeting
 * August 23: mail postcards
 * August 30: Begin phone calls and emails
 * August 30: Candidates and proposals announced and publish via the Lowdown
 * September 6: Target 200 phone calls and individual emails made/sent
 * September 8: Online voting for LC members begins. Announcement sent to LC
 * September 10: Reminder about meeting is sent
 * September 14: Last reminder about meeting
 * September 15: Meeting happens
