= Tech Infrastructure Report =

Since our last meeting, the two biggest developments in our technology infrastructure have been:

 * Renewing our contracts with our two major colocation providers: Telehouse and Bandcon
  * One year contract with Bandcon (doubled the price, double the electricity)
  * Two year contract with Telehouse (same electricity, $150 reduction in price)
  * Next Summer will be next opportunity to re-negotiate with Bandcon: should consider consolidation for cost savings

 * Substantially re-developing our control panel to allow more de-centralized control and better ability for a more federated approach to membership
