= Important Keywords = We are trying to tag tickets using a common set of keywords. Some useful tags to know about are: [query:keywords=~blocklist&status=new|assigned blocklist]:: Tickets that report or deal with DNSRBLs or other SMTP blocklisting of MF/PL servers. [query:keywords=~improved-service-advisories&status=new|assigned improved-service-advisories]:: Tickets that attempt to improve the way we communicate with our members about service outages, both planned and unplanned. [query:keywords=~needs-review&status=new|assigned needs-review]:: Tickets that are not resolved, but need some kind of additional information, thinking, or communication. [query:keywords=~smorphan&status=new|assigned smorphan]:: Tickets that represent projects started by MFPL and/or the support team, but have languished. See the [wiki:smorphan smorphan] page. If you think a given keyword might be relevant, but aren't sure, add the keyword with a ? after it (e.g. `blocklist?`)
