= Important Keywords =

We are trying to tag tickets using a common set of keywords.  Some useful tags to know about are:

 [tag:blocklist blocklist]:: Tickets that report or deal with DNSRBLs or other SMTP blocklisting of MF/PL servers.  See [wiki:email-deliverability].
 [tag:needs-review needs-review]:: Tickets that are not resolved, but need some kind of additional information, thinking, or communication.

If you think a given keyword might be relevant, but aren't sure, add the keyword with a ? after it (e.g. `blocklist?`)
