= Conferences, Presentations and Workshops =

Here's a listing of planned workshops and conferences:

 * On February 22 we're presenting at [http://bluestockings.org Bluestockings] in NYC.

 * [http://nycgrassrootsmedia.org NYC Grassroots Media Conference] is coming up on Sunday, March 2. I'm starting a [wiki:internet_rights_gmc_2008 page] to collaboratively write the proposal.

 * Ross has been discussing the [http://www.sunysb.edu/workingclass/ How Class Works conference] on June 5 - 7 at SUNY Sunnybrook.

 * The annual [http://alliedmediaconference.org/ Allied Media Conference], in Detroit, takes place on June 22-24 this year. It's a criticlly important gathering of progressive media activists and we should be there.

 * Grassroots Technology conference is typically held the end of June (like the one [http://organizerscollaborative.org/conference last year]).

 * Critical Resistance is celebrating the 10 anniversary of its amazing [http://www.criticalresistance.org/article.php?list=type&type=36 conference on prisons in Oakland, CA on September 26 - 28]. We have lots of members and friends involved and should try to join them at this one.

 * The [http://www.hic-net.org/eventsdetail.asp?PID=509 Forum of the Americas] is scheduled for October 7 - 12, 2008
