Webmail and Iphone mail not working

Description

Hi,

The webmail for global action project emails on both the internet and phone aren't working for Jesse Ehrensaft Hawley and other staff. In terms of the webmail we can login but inbox icons aren't visible.

Hi Aleksei,

Are you using webmail.mayfirst.org or roundcube.mayfirst.org?

There were some issues reported that were resolved last night noted in ticket #9951, let us know if that resolves the issues you've been experiencing too.

For the iPhone, can you confirm the settings are as noted here: https://support.mayfirst.org/wiki/faq/email/setup-iphone

Hi Dana,

All of our smart phones were set up according to the mayfirst directions and were working for months but have stopped working in the last months. This is a really urgent issue for us and the only response I've gotten is the settings you've sent which we are already using. Is there anything else that can be done? Thanks!

Hey Aleksei,

Do you know if anyone changed their password? We found an issue of the password not syncing across applications. It was referenced today in #9947.
