ticketing system change?

it seems like the support page has changed? now i only see the new ticket option if i'm logged in.

it used to be that you could post a ticket without logging in - useful for groups that don't get the logging in process. And the language on the main support page reflects this.

has this changed? if so we should change the language so it's not confusing.

on a side note, is it at all possible to make all that text a little bigger? or add post a ticket with an image next to the other images/logos (the FAQ, how tos and teams?)

let me know if these comments need more explanation.

Hey Hilary,

That was changed due to the amount of spam we were getting in ticket system referenced in #8695

I am adding this to look at our next f2f. If you have any specific ideas on what you have in mind. Please share on this ticket.

Ok - that's fine. I just didn't know there was a change and have been giving people the wrong information. If this isn't going to change, let me know and I'll delete the text from the page.

Specific ideas are big image icons for posting tickets and for logging in :)

last thing i would add is that it would be cool if the login page included links for people who forgot their password or don't know how to find it. right now the text is there in bold - but if you don't know an open id either, you're out of luck.

this would be a good page to link to those faqs or details.
