We are trying to get Statistics for ffcct.org a multi site install. Do we use AWStats to get this information and if so how would we go about this.

Thanks Support

Hi,

I am bringing Jamie into this ticket.

But I also wanted to reference Piwik, it's something you can install on another hosting order. So you can manage adding all the sites within the one Piwik instance.

Good Morning,

At this time only one client is requesting to be able to run their stats. Would Awstats need to be installed like piwik? Which would be the simplest solution?

Thanks Support

Looping Ross in here too, to help figure out if AWStats or Piwik is the way to go.

Hi Support(?),

I tend to think with your complicated infrastructure, you'll be better off installing your own version of piwik so that you can more fully moderate your own analytics, since you know your infrastructure better than us. This would be my suggestion, but jamie might have a different perspective.
