Description

Hello, I have an email account on the mayfirst-roundcube server which I have not been able to receive incoming emails in for the past week. I would also really appreciate if I could get my lost emails from the past week restored. Also my control panel doesn't give me any setting options to add email addresses or web configuration.

What username are you using to access the email? And is this where you are logging in to check email: https://roundcube.mayfirst.org/

You'll need to make sure the email account is created like noted in #9691
