Description

Hi, folks. We have a background image. We need to know how and where to upload it, so that it covers the entire legitgov.org page, from top to bottom. We are currently using the Newswire theme, and would like to to stick with it. Thanks much, Lori

Hi Lori,

You can upload the image anywhere you would like. I think for something like this, you would normally put the image in the themes/newswire/images directory and then reference the image in one of the theme's css files. I suspect you'd want something like this in your css:

body {
  background: url('../images/filename.png');
}

Since I don't know anything about the image, this is just a guess. You may need to add repeat-x or something like that, see http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_background.asp
