for past half-hour unable to get into Portside mail queue on Viewsic. Following error message: Error connecting to mail server.

malaka the host just went down. We're working on bringing it back up.

viewsic is not on malaka, though. and viewsic's mailserver is working (via a test of nc 25).

so i'm not sure what this is about, but i don't think it's necessarily related to the malaka failure, if it really is about viewsic.
