Description

HI Mayfirst:

I cannot access my email.

It states login failed when I try through my mac, or via webmail. It does not say why.

Though, with same username and password, I just logged in here. What s up?

I am sure my username and password are correct.

Help!

I just got an error message when I submitted this ticket. it does not recognize my name/address?

more details: via thunderbird it tells me that the server is not responding or my password is wrong; via roundcube I get an apache error; via horde it tells me my username/password is wrong. But I was able to log in to post this message, and I can log into the control panel so my user/pass is correct and some systems can authenticate -- but email is 100% broken from all possible methods/access points.
