Lost access to Hosting Order Area

Description

I deleted the hosting order on rose that I do not intend to use any more now as I use chelsea. The first GRIP-UQAM was in that Hosting Order and it was the only account to have access to the Hosting Order Area, so it is now lost. Sorry. https://members.mayfirst.org/cp/index.php?area=member&member_id=1209 Whould it be possible to recreate it as gripuqam inside of its own hosting order gripuqam? (once the pending to delete gripuqam account will have been deleted #7948)

If it was possible to create un access to Hosting Order Area independently of Hosting Orders that could be a good solution and that would avoid to destroy the account to destroy an unused Hosting Order.

I may also be a solution to open an independant new main account and I could transfer into it the essais hosting order.

I thought it was possible to delete and rereate it.

Hi essais,

I've recreated the user account gripuqam, and given that account member level privileges. You'll now need to go to https://members.mayfirst.org/resetpass in order to get a password for the account.
