We have a few dozen users of the roundcube email web interface on our email account, and several of them have separate user folders to store their messages (folders named with the user's names). Our collective just moved to roundcube on mayfirst and are all new users. At one point, the folder tree all disappeared except for one user's folders. Is there a way to reinstate these folders short of uploading the entire message base again? Thanks!

Hey Beehive Collective!

Are you referring to creating folders or directories within each email account using Roundcube? There are folder settings here: This will then appear on the left of your inbox so you can click between folders or drag new messages there to archive.

Let us know if this is what you were referring too.

My error was logging in to our earlier, aborted wayback-when partial email-folder-setup using the administrative login, rather than the mail-users login. I was briefly confused, but cleaned up the mess, and all is quite well. Thank you for checking back in!
