I have a recently opened ticked #7621 regarding hosting mailing lists for the Institute for Anarchist Studies. Though I have received a response from Dana, I am unable to add comments to the ticket. There is also no contact information included in Dana's response. Therefore, I have no way of responding.

My response to Dana's original suggestions, which I attempted to post August 3rd, is pasted below.

Please respond with either instructions on how to respond using this interface, or an email contact through which I can reach a MayFirst technician.

Hi Dana,

The Institute for Anarchist Studies is already a member of MayFirst and have recently signed on for another year. IAS board members have been in discussion with Hillary from MayFirst about their membership.

The IAS was previously hosting their website with MayFirst, but have recently switch hosting to another provider. Currently, the only service that the IAS requires is the hosting of a group email list for internal communication among members of the organization. The address for this internal communication system should be something like "iasboard."

Given this information, please let me know what is now required to get this group email up and running.

You can login to this system to reply and to access your hosting order to create lists using anarchiststudies, which is the user account that was created with your membership. If you need to reset the password, you can use this link: https://members.mayfirst.org/resetpass.

To create lists, here's a quick write up on how to do it: https://support.mayfirst.org/wiki/set_mailman_domain, that will let you use your own domain to create lists. You can create new lists here: https://members.mayfirst.org/cp/index.php?area=hosting_order&service_id=8&hosting_order_id=767&action=new, which is the Email Lists tab on to Control Panel after you login. It looks like the sub-domain is already setup for you, so all you need to do is login and create the lists.
