How can we use roundcube?

I have tried to use the new webmail system for the first time but, my login attempts have failed so far. Do we have to do something in order to make it work?

Hi Stefan,

To login to an email account it using the same username and password as used to login to here. Meaning it is the username with May First used to login, not the email address itself. We have some webmail how tos for reference too.

I just worked with stefan on this. The reason is because our webmail checks, and then checks the actual server the account is on. And, our server will return a failure if the x509 certificate is not properly configured on the actual server the account is on.

It looks like the x509 cert for sojourner expired years ago. I'm in the process of updating it.

Apologies Stefan - I requested the cert on thursday, but still haven't received it. These usually come in less than a few hours. I just opened ticket #HSA-857-71074 with to find out what is going wrong.
