Problems with outgoing mail in Outlook

Description

One of our email addresses (NYCfNAC) is suddenly unable to send outgoing messages from Outlook, although it is receiving incoming messages. I've configured Outlook according to the instructions on this site. This problem has been going on since Monday.

You don't say which email address is having problems so it makes things more difficult. but this is usually a configuration problem.

What smtp (Outgoing) configs are you using?

Do the servers (incoming and outgoing) match? They should.

Do you have the port numbers correct for these servers? Incoming's 995; Outgoing is 587.

Does the server ask for a password when you're sending? If so, what else happens?

Check on those things and get back to us with the email address that's failing if problems persist.
