Description

Hi, I've been trying to do some clean-up to try to deal with the viagra issue and the recommendations you made. I thought I had downloaded all the files I was deleting, but evidently I missed some. What I think I did wrong was to delete the "files" folder that is in the same directory as the "sites" folder. I've tried to restore but some files are missing--most obviously image files. Anyway, I've taken the site offline. Do you have a backup of the entire site? And, how can I can see the site while logged in as administrator when it's in maintenance mode?

Hi Liz,

I uploaded a file brecht-rdiff-backup.2013-03-24.tar.gz to the home directory of nybrecht user. This file contains a complete backup of the site. I'm not sure what you deleted so I didn't replace anything on the current site, but I did to a little more triage on site compromises.

I found two more compromised files in your cck module and the fusion module. I fixed those files, hoping that will fix the compromised site. I also disabled the filefield_insert module, which may have consequences on your wisiwyg editing. The module has been depreciated, so you should be using the 'insert' module instead.

This is all we can do from the support team level. If you need more assistance, you'll need to hire a developer to help you out. We simply don't have the resources for doing drupal development and site up keep for our members.

  • Resolution set to fixed
  • Status changed from assigned to closed

Site has been restored and compromised files (as best as I can tell with git running in sites/) have been reverted to their original state or upgrade to the latest version.
