Where to put Mass Legal's file directory

Description

I've downloaded the files directory from masslaw.org's old site to my own machine (fidel). This is the directory which holds all the docs (pdfs, etc.) and it's 3.3 Gigabytes large. Before I upload this stuff to malcolm, where masslaw is, I want to check that we have space for this stuff and that it can be easily handled.

Given that the 10,000 record library that will eventually live in mysql and that the search_index table will have at least 300,000 data records and probably three times that much when we index the pdfs and docs, I'd say this site is going to need a large living space.

If we want to move it, the time (as they say) is definitely now before we upload the heavy duty stuff.

What does everyone think?

We're moving on this in the day or couple of days so I'll set this to high.

I'll be in the office on Wednesday and we should discuss. I don't think disk space is a problem - however, I am worried about the impact on the shared MySQL server. That's a lot of data!
